Meet Poet Tomás Morín, who hails from the coastal plains of Texas and explores a world where identity and place shift like that ever-changing shore. He will read from his new collection and be in conversation with the 2019-2021 Houston Poet Laureate Leslie Contreras Schwartz.

Seating will be limited on the Barbara Bush Literacy Plaza at the Houston Public Library. Registration is required and copies of “Machete: Poems” will be available for signing.
