Celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month with the sounds of Latin America! The Houston Symphony’s annual Fiesta Sinfónica returns to Jones Hall for a free concert featuring music from across Latin America and the Hispanic world. From beloved melodies to lively rhythms, this is a beautiful way to celebrate our musical heritage.

- WHEN: Friday, September 18, 2026, at 7:30 PM. Doors open one hour before the concert. The performance is approximately 60 minutes with no intermission.

Led by conductor Gonzalo Farias, the program celebrates the musical contributions of Hispanic and Latin American composers. The evening travels through different countries, rhythms and traditions with music including Tres Aires Chilenos, La Llorona, Cielito Lindo, Alma Llanera, La Comparsa and Fiesta Mexicana, which includes La Bamba.
The concert is presented in partnership with the Hispanic Leadership Council and sponsored by Chevron. It’s a chance to hear Latin American music performed by the Houston Symphony in one of Houston’s best-known concert halls.
