I’m a fan of Tequila. I know, that statement is a little cliche and completely unnecessary, because everyone loves Tequila (or should). And even if you’re not a fan of Margaritas or other Tequila-based drinks, there are Tequila cupcakes, truffles, and other goodies.
I was surprised, recently, to read that scientists are saying that Tequila can help you lose weight. I’m not going to get into the science of it, because I don’t actually understand it. I’m just going to trust that the nice scientists know what they’re talking about. I now have an excuse to drink more shots. Wheeee!
Are there other surprising foods and drinks that help people lose weight? I think I should start looking for them.
