Parade begins at 10:00 a.m. on Texas at Jackson, heading west on Texas, north on San Jacinto, east on Preston and concludes on Preston at Crawford. Staging on Avenida de las Americas between Capitol and Texas, Jackson between Capitol and Texas, Texas between Jackson and Hamilton, Hamilton between Texas and Preston, Preston between Hamilton and Dowling, Chartres (east curb lane) between Texas and Congress, St. Emanuel between Texas and Congress, Hutchins between Preston and Congress, Bastrop between Preston and Congress, Bastrop (west curb lane) between Texas and Preston. Disbanding on Congress between Crawford and Dowling.

This would be more useful if you actually had the map.
We agree. We created a map last year (you can find it here) but found out that the direction (North) may be wrong. We couldn’t verify it, so we didn’t create a map this year. Sorry.

Do you know any information about the parade for Sept 2017?

The Mayor’s Office doesn’t have it listed in their street closure list, which means that this year’s parade hasn’t been filed yet. (You can access the street closure/event list at http://www.houstontx.gov/specialevents/mose-comprehensive.pdf .)
In previous years it was LULAC District 8 that organized the event. Their contact info is listed at https://lulacd8.org/contact/ .
