Video Pick: “Fear the Walking Dead” trailer (premieres August 23)
AMC finally released the official trailer for “Fear the Walking Dead,” the much-anticipated prequel spin-off to “The Walking Dead.” As a big Walking Dead fan and a sci-fi geek (proudly proclaimed) I’ve been looking forward to the new show. I thought the show would launch early in the summer, so I am disappointed over the late summer date.
Among the cast is Rubén Blades (most recently in “Safe House” with Denzel Washington), Elizabeth Rodriguez (of “Orange Is the New Black”), and Patricia Reyes Spíndola (a Mexican actress known for various roles in Mexican soap operas).
The show premieres on Sunday, August 23, 2015 at 9/8c on AMC.
