TV Find: Jane the Virgin Season 2 begins Monday, October 12, 2015
Just a quick reminder that Season 2 of “Jane The Virgin” starts today at 8/7 pm CST on the CW. Don’t know what I’m talking about? “Jane” is the award-winning comedy starring Gina Rodriguez that features an almost-completely Latino cast, with at least one who never speaks in English. It pokes fun at the Latino novelas while also incorporating them into the plot. And it’s just funny.
When Season 1 begins, Jane is a virgin (though engaged) college student who becomes accidentally artificially inseminated by the gorgeous billionaire married bad boy who is her boss, on whom she once had a crush. And, of course, by the end of the season she’s ended up with said boss. And there’s a lot of hilarity in the process.
Even if you haven’t caught up, check out the premier for the new season. Trust me, you’ll have a great time.
