Trenza opens today, launched by celebrity chef Susie Jimenez
Houston foodies will rejoice at the new restaurant opening today at West Ave. Trenza is being touted as a place with a Latin menu but strong international influences, in particular Indian food. In a city that delights in fusion menus, this promises to be an interesting addition.
The creative genius behind Trenza is celebrity chef Susie Jimenez. Jimenez is best-known as a runner-up on The Food Network’s “Food Network Star” and co-host of “Sabores de Familia” on Fox International Channels’ Utilisima.
