Texas, you need to take a break
Texas does everything bigger, we like to say, but it looks like that doesn’t equate to activities that encourage emotional health. We don’t take the time to do things to recharge. In fact, we scored worse than any other state in the country except for Utah.
What this means for Houston is that on top of the fact that we work too many hours, we also aren’t doing enough to combat the stress from the workload. Take a walk (yes, in a park or something), have coffee with a friend, take up a hobby or just, for your own sake, take a break!
I read to decompress. What do you do to relax?
