Texas to Open COVID-19 Vaccination to All Adults

Community, Health & Fitness

REMINDER: All adults (18 years and older) will be eligible to receive a COVID-19 vaccine in Texas beginning Monday, March 29, 2021. That means that you are able to register to receive a COVID-19 vaccine regardless of your age or occupation — as long as you’re 18 years of age or older.

Did you know that the Texas Hispanic population is still vastly underrepresented in being vaccinated? According to a news report, “Hispanics, who make up about 40% of the state’s population, account for just over 21% of people vaccinated in Texas.” Let’s help our friends and family increase those numbers by getting vaccinated.
