Learn To Manage Your Personal Finances
Financial Literacy Month, held every year in April, is a chance to reflect on the state of your personal finances and an opportunity to improve those finances one step at a time. The first and most important step in developing and following a financial plan is to examine your attitudes about money. Are you ready to accept responsibility for changing your financial situation?
Houston Money Week is a great way to get started.
Houston Money Week is a community-wide initiative to empower families and individuals with financial education. Through the collaboration and coordinated effort of organizations across Houston — including businesses, financial institutions, schools, libraries, nonprofits, government agencies, and the media – individuals of all ages have access to financial resources and ongoing opportunities.
Houston Money Week 2022 will be held from Saturday, April 9 – to Saturday, April 16. This week-long free virtual campaign aims to help people better manage their personal finances with a focus on those hardest hit by the COVID-19 pandemic.
