Also, Latinas Exitosa Nelly Quijano, is an owner and operator of 20 McDonald’s Restaurants with the help of daughter Mariselle Quijano Lerma. The creator of McDonald’s Breakfast Burrito, Quijano is a company darling and is on a roll.
