Houston gets a Pemex gas station
A new brand of gas station is moving into Houston, and it’s one that will be a familiar sight for many: Pemex. The Mexican oil company is opening its first gas station in Houston this month, at 9722 Park Place Blvd. It’s the first of five expected to open in Houston.
The company owns a refinery in Deer Park, Texas, but didn’t have any gas stations in the Houston-area (or, I believe, in Texas at all). This opening is part of an expansion into the Texas market, with more to come within other cities in the state.
I’ll need to go do a site visit and check it out. I’ll report back later.
