For July 4th: Fireworks & Firecrackers Around Town
The flags are flying. The red, white and blue is already all over store shelves. And here in Texas, well, it just wouldn’t be the Fourth of July without a little fire and pop in the sky. I’m talking about fireworks and firecrackers of course. It’s almost time for Houston’s Southwest Airlines Freedom Over Texas in downtown Houston. That’s probably the biggest celebration in town by far, but definitely not the only one. If you’re looking for smaller, more Americana if you will, even more affordable in some cases, Hispanic Houston has your full list of 4th of July celebrations in the Greater Houston region. Catch one or catch a few this Independence Day.
Whatever you do, make sure and be safe out there!
