The Texas Room is the research area of the Houston Metropolitan Research Center. You will learn what types of materials are held in the Texas Room and how to use them for researching Hispanic people and places. Examples of items you will learn about include our city directories, vertical files, photo books, and maps. Tours are available on a first come basis and are limited to 12 people. If you would like to schedule a tour for a group of 10 or more, please contact 832-393-1662.
