Get ready for a vibrant celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month as The Mayor’s Office of Cultural Affairs (MOCA) presents “Escala,” an exciting exhibition by Salvadoran American artist Darwin Arévalo. From September 1st to October 16th, 2023, the City Hall Rotunda in Houston, Texas, will come alive with Arévalo’s captivating artworks.
