Meet like-minded techpreneurs; listen to business developers, mentors and idea generators; and join our first discussion as we learn about the steps to developing a tech startup from the idea stage “Unlock.”

This meetup is perfect for anyone who is just starting out with an idea, needs help revisiting this step or who would like to share their experiences and expertise. Our meet up is focused on humanity-focused technologies in the specific areas of education, bio-medical, robotics, alternative energies, disaster response and information technology, but we welcome anyone who is interested in joining our discussion.

Featured Inventor: Sean Guillory – Simplified Neuroscience
A graduate of Dartmouth College’s Ph.D program in neuroscience, Sean and his research team at MD Anderson Cancer Center, where he is a postdoctoral research fellow, hopes to map behavior and cognitive functions in brain tumor patients in order to protect the basic functions of the brain during neurosurgery.
