Audio Pick: Houston/Mexico City Chef Exchange Program
In today’s audio pick we have an interview from Houston Public Media’s “Houston Matters” spotlighting a chef exchange program between Houston and Mexico City. The exchange is called “Sabores CDMX;” it is a collaboration between the tourism boards of both cities.
The interview is with chef and cookbook author Margaritta Corillo Arronte about “the foods and dishes she and her colleagues hope to highlight for Houstonians, what’s popular in Mexico City, what she would love to see more of in restaurants here in Houston.”
