Ariana Grande is coming to Houston in September, when she’ll perform at the Toyota Center. That’s a big venue for this singer and says a lot about her popularity that it’s expected to sell out.
For those of you who aren’t familiar with this American-born singer and actress, she’s best-known for her role in Nickelodeon’s “Victorious.” She launched her singing career in a Broadway musical at 13 years of age; most recently she recorded her first non-soundtrack album in 2013, “Yours Truly.” I’ve included the top hit from that album below, “The Way.”
You’ll soon be able to catch her in Fox’s upcoming comedy-horror series, “Scream Queens,” expected to debut this fall.
