AIA Sandcastle Contest +Photos
Every year the Houston Chapter of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) hosts one of the world’s largest sandcastle competitions. Teams of architects, designers, and engineers descend on East Beach in Galveston to test themselves against the sand, and each other. The results are fairly spectacular.
