2023 BANF Artist Awards, up to $20,000 to 25 BIPOC Artists in Houston
The 2023 BANF Artist Awards are here and ready to support the talented and transformative members of Houston’s Black, Indigenous, Latinx, Asian Pacific Islander, Middle Eastern, and other communities of color (BIPOC). Whether you’re a painter, musician, sculptor, or any other artist, this grant is the perfect opportunity to take your art to the next level.
The grant provides 25 awards of $20,000 each to eligible artists who have been operating within the 9-county region of Greater Houston for the past 24 months and self-identify as a member of a BIPOC community. The eligible counties are Austin, Brazoria, Chambers, Fort Bend, Galveston, Harris, Liberty, Montgomery, and Waller. If you’re at least 21 years old and have demonstrated transformative service to your community, then you’re the perfect fit for this grant!
