…Shown here is the Chicken Tostada Salad, which is basically a chicken salad in a taco shell. The spotlight ingredient is the cubed chicken, which is (of course) made from their signature citrus-marinated chicken breast, on a bed of chopped romaine lettuce blend, with pinto beans, rice, shredded jack cheese, sour cream and pico de gallo salsa topped with a creamy cilantro dressing and some sour cream…
