Vestido Rojo: A Go Red Por Tu Corazón Event is a health and wellness conference designed to share relevant educational information for Latina women to reduce their risk for heart disease and stroke. Latina women play a very important role in the family. They are the gatekeepers for their families’ well-being and health and often put the needs of others before their own. Let’s empower women to take care of their health first so they can be there for their loved ones. This event will allow participants to learn more about understanding the basics about heart disease and stroke, learning signs, symptoms and action plans in case of a heart attack or stroke. Attendees will learn risk reduction strategies that are sustainable and impactful for themselves and their families.
