In case you missed it last year, my family celebrated Thanksgiving with a Turducken instead of a traditional turkey. After pestering my family for years to let me change it up a little, last year they finally relented and agreed to try this Cajun delicacy. It was a big hit!
So this year we’re doing it again. And, yes, that means I’m going to cook it myself.
